The beauty industry has always been a part of my family history, with my mother and other relatives working as beauticians, it was a given that I’d follow in their footsteps.
It was during high school that I discovered my passion for makeup while I was assisting with theater productions. Although at the moment, I never imagined it as a career, life had other plans for me.
In college, I explored modeling and was able to connect with talented artists. After i graduated college with a Social Work degree, I got married and then transitioned to a stay-at-home mom. During this time, I rediscovered my love for makeup through SFX face painting. It was when my best friend asked me to do her wedding makeup that I hesitantly agreed. This was the pivotal moment that marked the beginning of my journey into the beauty industry.
Two years later, I have found that my passion lies in the art of makeup and beauty. It's not just about enhancing outer beauty; it's about boosting confidence, spreading happiness, and creating memorable moments that last a lifetime. Through my work, I aim to empower individuals to embrace their unique beauty and shine from within. This career path has been extremely rewarding and I am grateful every day to be able to pursue my true calling.
